He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Donald and Mildred Jean Biggers (Winters). He is survived by: his wife JoEllen Sue "Jodie" Layman; his children, Danna Biggers (Mindy) of Longtree, LA and Steve Biggers of Memphis, TN; and his sisters, Phyllis Trigg (Roger) of Lexington, SC and Peggy Long (Frank). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
