With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacob E. Showalter of Millersburg, Indiana, born in Goshen, Indiana, who passed away on March 15, 2023 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father William F. Showalter; his daughter-in-law Marcy Showalter; and his sister-in-law Lissa Hunt. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis J. Showalter (Bollinger) of Millersburg; his children, Nanette Galloway (Scott) of Goshen and Andrew Showalter of Goshen; his grandchildren, Chad Galloway, Trace Harrison (Rain), Bryce, Lane, Nate Galloway, Dalton Showalter and Gretchen Showalter; his siblings, Jerry Showalter (Ann) of Millersburg, Jay Showalter of Bloomington and Janet Showalter of Millersburg; and his former wife Judy Showalter (Stutsman). He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
