It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Tuholski of Mill Creek, Indiana, born in La Porte, Indiana, who passed away on September 10, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Heim and Frances Wegiel (Shaw); and her siblings, Cheryl Rizek and Denny Heim. She is survived by: her husband Lawrence "Larry" Tuholski; her children, Meri Mannia of Rolling Prairie and Joe Tuholski of La Porte; her grandchildren, Nathan, Lukas Tuholski of Mill Creek, Brayden and Brooklyn Mannia of Rolling Prairie; and her brother Bud Hough of Mountain Home, Arkansas. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
