He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Moneyheffer and Martha Moneyheffer (Vance); and his granddaughter Annie Jane Damaska. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Hershberger; his children, Sarah Damaska (Peter) of North Branch, MI, Andrew Moneyheffer (Alissa), Somborne and England; and his grandchildren, William, Kate, Eliza Damaska and Theodore Moneyheffer.
