She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle Miller and Rhea Miller (Clingerman); her husband Edward Foltz Sr.; and her sons, Edward Foltz Jr. and Kenneth Foltz.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Hill of Florida and Gregory Foltz of Florida; her daughter-in-law Cathy Foltz of Milford; and her sister Norma Jean Lockwood of Elkhart. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, seven great-great-grandchildren.
