With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kay Ousley of Milford, Indiana, born in Jacksonville, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 21, 2024 at the age of 66. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Kelley and Sarah Kelley (Hefflin); and her sister Rebekah Brown. She is survived by: her children, Christopher Collins and Samantha Olson (Jeremy); her grandchildren, Kiaundra Olson (Gavin Hunziker) and Cameron Collins; her brothers, Frank Kelley Jr. (Gabrielle), Michael Kelley (Nichole) and Patrick Kelley; her half-brother Bruce Pendry; and her niece Ashley Kendall (Korey). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the family can be made to help cover funeral expenses.
