He is survived by: his parents, Jose Luis Cervantes of Warsaw and Deborah Criswell (Farr) of Milford; his wife Kimberly Criswell of Milford; his children, Jose Criswell, Izaiah Criswell, Jesus Criswell, Katalaya Criswell, Amariana Criswell, Yandilee Criswell, Liam Criswell, Haley Chapman, Zoey Chapman, Cohen Chapman and Brantley Stewart; and his siblings, Armando Cervantes of Warsaw, Andres Cervantes of Warsaw, Tony Criswell of Syracuse and Margarita Criswell of Milford. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
