With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jay Vanlaningham of Milford, Indiana, born in Goshen, Indiana, who passed away on March 21, 2023 at the age of 54. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Rita Vanlaningham (Hare); his brother Troy Stephenson; his nephew Dustin Miller; and his brother-in-law John Nace. He is survived by: his father Richard "Ric" Vanlaningham (Sandi); his sister Kelly Warrick (Dave) of Mesa; his half-sisters, Naomi Stouder (Richard) of Syracuse and Sarah Nace of Warsaw; and his girlfriend Petra DeFreeuw. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
