He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stump and Eva Mcclintic (Wineland); and his son Johnathon. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Christine Woody; his wife Christine Stump; his daughter Jennifer Garcia; his grandsons, Bruno Williams (Lydia) and Adam Garcia; his great grandchild Isla Williams; his brother Jerry McClintic (Barb); and also, Jennifer and Johnathon.

Donations may be given in honor of Jack to Shriners Children's Hospital, 2211 N. Oak Park Ave., Chicago, Illinois 60707.
