He was predeceased by: his parents, Elijah Sparks and Josephine Sparks. He is survived by: his wife Lenore Sparks; his children, Candie Belanich (Joseph), Mistie Sparks and Scott Sparks (Loretta); and his stepchildren, Eric Stitt (Suzette), Dawn Basilio, Cody Hook (Lorena) and Amber Hook. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and siblings.
