He was predeceased by: his parents, George Harold and Esther VanHooser (Summersgill); and his brother Dr. Irving VanHooser. He is survived by: his son Brant VanHooser (Angelia) of Goshen; his grandchildren, Brityna, Wesley, Meggy and Jamys; his siblings, Elaine Vine (Phillip) of Crossville, Tennessee and David VanHooser (Susan) of Hamburg; and his sister-in-law Dottie VanHooser (Along) of Ankeny.
