He was predeceased by: his parents, George Dedrick and Ona Young (Lynn). He is survived by: his daughters, Sherry Young of Springfield and Dawn Stichter (Kirk) of Milford, Indiana; and his siblings, James Dedrick Young of Tennessee, Melinda Bates of Tennessee, Rosella Bowling of Kentucky and Mary Dunsmore of Tennessee. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
