He was predeceased by: his parents, Ulysses Wright and Eunice Wright (Woods); his son John "BJ" Wright; his grandson Tony Vuittonet; and his siblings, Wilma "Faye" Bradley, Ell "Doug" Wright, Jim Wright, Virginia Garza, Kenneth "Blackie" Wright, Robert Wright and Rosemary Morgan.
He is survived by: his wife Luz Wright of Milford; his daughter Logina A. Vuittonet (Jeff Sorensen) of Milford; his grandchildren, Austin Vuittonet (Hannah Brown) of Milford, Tonya Klinger (Kevin) of Ohio and Tae Bell (Corey) of Florida; and his siblings, Danny Wright and Sybil (Curt). He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
