He is survived by: his wife Mary Riggens; his children, Jackie Kunkle (Mike) of Mishawaka, Adam Slone (Mindi) of Nappanee and Angel Macias of Milford; his grandchildren, Sydney (Thomas), Olivia, Isobel, Savannah, Joey, Bennett, Micah and Noah; and his siblings, Dorothy Chandler of Texas, Dora Snyder (Duane) of Texas, Shirley Yoder (Dennis) of Wakarusa, Dan Helmuth (Cynthia) of Oklahoma, Marilyn Tabor of Colorado and John Helmuth (Gwen) of Kansas City.
Memorial donations in David's honor may be given to the family.
