He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Burton and Louise Adeline Coy (Smaltz); and his siblings, Lloyd Coy, Ermal Coy, Jackie Coy and Sherrie Ochs.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jenny Bushong (Jon) of Syracuse and Reggie Coy (Cheryl) of Warsaw; his children, Michelle Hartman (Cary) of Akron, Alisha Coy of Akron and Travis Coy (Amber) of Indianapolis; and his grandchildren, Drew, Ethan Hartman, Tristan, Ava Coy, Braylen, Beckett and Kyle McClain.
