It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Yvonne Edith Azeltine of Milan, Indiana, who passed away on June 29, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Hughes and Eva Hughes (DeOrnavol); her husband Robert M. Azeltine Sr.; her children, Alan Azeltine, Frederick Azeltine, Terry Azeltine and Yvette Pryse; and her grandson Jasen Azeltine.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Azeltine Jr. (Yvonne) of Bunker Hill, LeRoy Azeltine (Mary Lou) of Overland Park, Kansas, James Azeltine (Debbie) of Leawood, Kansas and Charlene Holland (Patrick) of Moores Hill, Indiana. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchildren.
