She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert O. Tapping and Betty W. Tapping. She is survived by: her husband Bruce Lewis of Milan; her children, Bruce Lewis II (Malisa) of Monroe, Jason Lewis (Stacy) of Dillsboro, Lisa Precht (Ben) of Connersville and Laura Eckstein (Jeremy) of Sunman; and her sister Margaret Wegley (Bill) of Nevada. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
