Virgil Woliung Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virgil Woliung of Milan, Indiana, who passed away on December 12, 2020 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, August Woliung and Ruby Woliung (Swango); his sons, Jason Ray Woliung and Adam Ray Woliung; and his parents-in-law, Louise White and Elvin "Bud" White.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peggie" Woliung of Milan; his daughters, Tara Defler (Tyler VanAllen) of Louisville, KY and Ashley Hooten (Joshua) of Versailles; his siblings, Gerald Woliung (Debbie) of Moores Hill, Alvin Woliung of Versailles, Robert Woliung (Ludgardis) of Lawrenceburg and Sheila Garlinghouse of Madison; his grandchildren, Aaron Waters (Amelia), Danielle Waters, Hailee Woliung, Lauren Waters and Hayden Hooten; and his great grandchildren, Emma Waters and Isaiah Kihnley.
Due to the Governor's new mandate and for everyone's health and safety, social distancing should be observed, and masks must be worn while inside the funeral home.
Memorials may be given in honor of Virgil to the St. Jude Children's Hospital or UC cancer research.
