She was predeceased by: her father Russel Guy; her stepfather Charles Kallendorf; and her father-in-law Glen Helton. She is survived by: her mother Joyce Minges Dobson (David) of Sunman; her husband Derek Helton; her children, Justin of Milan, Savannah of Milan and Jacob of Milan; her siblings, Richelle Davidson (Alvin) of Batesville, Ellie Wheelden of Greendale and Russel Guy Jr. (Laura) of Milan; her sister-in-law Sarah Deskins of Greenfield; and her mother-in-law Rhonda Helton of Greenfield.

Memorials may be given in honor of Tina to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
