He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Dulaney and Ola Dulaney (Fischer); his daughter Brenda O'Dell; and his brothers, Edward Harry Dulaney and Russell Dulaney.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Dulaney (Fannin) of Milan; his children, Richard Dulaney Jr. (Susan) of Florida, Terry Dulaney of West Virginia, Mark Dulaney (Melissa) of Ohio, Dana Messer (Andrea) of Ohio, Randall Messer (Donna) of Florida, Michael Parsons of Ohio, Angela Dulaney (Scott Johnson) of Milan, Marlena Bruns (Gary) of Milan and Tamara Smith of Sunman; and his sister Phyllis Marshal of Oregon. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given in honor of Dick to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
