It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis A. Kohlmeier of Milan, Indiana, born in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, who passed away on March 30, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Weeks and Irene Weeks (Arnold); her husband Thomas Kohlmeier; and her son Douglas Edward Kohlmeier. She is survived by: her son Thomas "Tom" Kohlmeier (Shelley) of Noblesville, Indiana. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.

Memorials may be given in honor of Phyllis to the Milan United Methodist Church.
