He was predeceased by: his parents, Lovell McKittrick and Hope McKittrick (Ridenour); his wife Sally McKittrick (Heller); and his brothers, Gerald "Jake" McKittrick and Curtis "Dale" McKittrick.
He is survived by: his children, Steven McKittrick (Patty Richards) of Moores Hill and Melissa Dickman (Kurt) of Batesville; his grandchildren, Abigail Burris (Chris), Cory McKittrick (Alli), Steven McKittrick (Chloe), Phillip Dickman (Marissa) and Mallory Green (Trent); and his great grandchildren, Ryan, Trent Roell, Bentlee Ertel, Wyatt, Weston McKittrick, Lanceton, Ila Dickman, Langeston Green, Damien, Mason, Adam Dance Dickman and Cody Jones II.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Milan FFA in memory of Phil.
