She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Decker and Ada Decker (Poole); her husband Charlie D. Ashley; and her siblings, Amy Decker, Alpha Ramsey, Adam Decker, Ambers Decker, Alma Jeffries, Daisy Powell, Eve Combs, Frank Decker, Beulah Boles and William Decker.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles Ashley (Donna) of Aurora and Jerry Ashley (Lisa) of Smithton, Illinois. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given in honor of Tommye to the Dillsboro Emergency Unit.
