He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Scudder and Geraldine Ethel Scudder (Slack); his sister Norma Jean Moore (Scudder); and his brothers-in-law, Morris Moore, Jr. and Jack Turner.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Stutler (Tony Deal) of Largo, FL, Randy Scudder (Michele) of Milan, IN and Steven Scudder of Milan, IN; and his sisters, Marsha Patterson of Vevay, IN and Lois Turner of New Albany, IN. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
