He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Jenkins and Beatrice Jenkins (Huff); and his son Harold Jenkins. He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Horton of Sunman and De-Nell Dyer (Kelly) of Hamilton, OH; his brothers, Clarence Jenkins of Milan and Paul Jenkins of Dillsboro; his nephew Cecil Spaulding (Tina Smith) of Milan; and his grandsons, Justin, Austin Horton, Ryan Jenkins and Chad Gress. He is also survived by 4 Great-Grandchildren.
