He is survived by: his mother Sandra Day (Wright) of Dillsboro; and his siblings, Mark Goff of Campbellsville, Charles Goff of Oklahoma, Kevin Goff of North Vernon, Kritstie Mathews of Dillsboro and Victoria Blevans of Milan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
