He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Lageman and Vera Lageman (Schutter); his wife Teresa Lageman; and his siblings, Candy Page, Danny Lageman and Penny King.
He is survived by: his children, Crystal Caires of Ft Mitchell, KY, Calista Lochard of Milan, IN and Ronnie Lochard of Milan, IN; and his brother Randy Lageman (Nellie) of Moores Hill, IN.
