He was predeceased by: his parents, Kash Lewis and Katherine Lewis (Kissinger); and his sisters-in-law, Darlene Lewis and Sherry Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Anna Lewis (Cook); his sons, Scott Lewis and John Lewis (Sarah); and his brothers, Edward Lewis of Milan, Wayne Lewis (Lee Ann) of Milan and Alan Lewis (Peggy) of Milan. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
Memorials may be given in honor of Ken to the Osgood First Baptist Church.
