He was predeceased by: his father Roger Smith; and his brother Mark Smith. He is survived by: his mother Judith Smith (Hollenbach) of Moores Hill, IN; his stepfather Ron Myers (Connie) of Milan, IN; his children, Chris Craig (Jess) of Milan, IN, Marki Lopez (Edgar) of Washington, DC and Jade Smith (Jake Bouck) of Milan, IN; his siblings, Michael Smith (Karalyn) of Rising Sun, IN, Daniel Myers (Olivia) of Milan, IN, Nicole Able (Steve) of Greensburg, IN and Courtney Myers of Moores Hill, IN; his grandchildren, Kalee, Naomi and Bailey; and his great grandchild Atlas. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
