He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William and Lulu Lutes (Markley); and his siblings, Joe Barnes, Robin Barnes, Doris Brown and Sher Lutes.
He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Lutes (Marella) of Florida, James Barnes (Mona Polly) of Versailles, Carolyn VanCleave (Mark) of Milan, Linda Summer of Florida, Aneita Shirah (Jim) of Florida and Pamela Steele of Florida. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and several very close friends.
Memorials may be given in honor of Jack to the Ripley County Humane Society.
