He is survived by: his wife Charlene Elliott (Burnett) of Milan; his children, Chad Elliott (Lynn Narwold) of Milan, Carmen Elliott (Otha Asher) of Osgood and Amber Shade (Wesley Holmes) of Hinesville, Georgia; his sister Delores Sigmon of Springfield, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Christopher Powers and Terry Shade.
Memorials may be given in honor of Fred to the Milan VFW Poppy Fund or the Milan VFW Veterans Fund.
