He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Lewis and Flora Lewis (Rodmaker); and his son Raymond Earl Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Frank W. Lewis Jr. (Billie Jo) of Morris, Rose Marie Lewis of Milan and Elizabeth Ann Lewis of Milan; and his brother Roger Lewis of Old Milan.

Memorials may be given in honor of Frank to Milan Volunteer Fire Department or Ripley County EMS (Milan).
