She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton Gentry and Lillian Gentry (Clem); and her children, Norma Sue Clark, Daniel Clark and Andrew Wayne Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Cowden (Kenny), Mark Clark (Jennifer), Jimmy Clark (Cindy Castner) and Thomas Clark; her siblings, Teresa Holtegel, Connie Hudson and Everett Gentry (Sandi); her grandchildren, Jesica Leigh Kalmbach (David), Jennifer Lynn Peck (Michael Rupp), Gage Edger Clark (Keesha), Alyssa Ann McMurray, Will Clark, Markie Clark, Autumn Clark and Makenzie Clark; and her great grandchildren, Jaguar Vivek Kalmbach, Iorek Roland Kalmbach, Jameson Lane Clark, Addeson Mae Clark, Kylie Louise Clark and William David Rupp. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many great nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given in honor of Evelyn to the Alzheimer's Association or the Ripley Crossing Activity Fund.
