We are sad to announce that on May 24, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Elsie Mae Luke of Milan, Indiana, born in Aurora, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Burlage and Elsie Burlage (Richards); her husband Paul Luke; her brother Harlan Burlage; and her brothers-in-law, Jerry Casey and Art Luke.

She is survived by: her daughter Mary Schmaltz (Chris) of Mlian; her siblings, Clinton Burlage (Judy) of Aurora, Nancy Casey of Aurora and Annis Luke of Dillsboro; her sister-in-law Jan Burlage of Greendale; her grandchildren, Eric Schmaltz and Emily Schmaltz; and her great grandchildren, Stella Schmaltz and Theo Bowles.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the St. John's Cemetery Fund or the Milan Volunteer Fire Department in her memory.
