She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Justice and Violet Justice (Loomis); her son Kevin Gray; and her siblings, Ben, Leo Justice, Ora Withered, Anita Steele and Minnie Mae Justice.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth of Milan; her children, Kenneth Gray Jr. of Kentucky, Kara Fisher (Brian) of Aurora and Kristi Hyde (Kevin) of Moores Hill; and her sisters, Nina Davies (Franklin) of Dillsboro and Sharon Henson of Scottsburg, Indiana. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
Memorials may be given in honor of Elaine to the American Heart Association.
