She was predeceased by: her parents, John Westmeyer and Ernestine Westmeyer (Vinup); her husband Irvin Pieper; her siblings, Everett Westmeyer, Ethel Rosengarn and Helen Niebrugge; and her grandson Blaine Pieper.
She is survived by: her children, John Pieper (Carolyn) of Milan and Bonnie Whaley (James) of West Carrollton, Ohio; her grandchildren, Megan Schaefer (Scott), Todd Whaley, Jodi Whaley, Chad Whaley, Corey Pieper (Angela) and Amanda Andrew (Ricky Jr); and her great grandchildren, Sydnee, Chloe, Cady, Max and Sophie.
Memorials may be given in honor of Edna to the Oakdale Cemetery or Milan Fire Department.
