He was predeceased by: his father Joe Edward Slusher; and his grandparents, Joe Hyle, Shirley Slusher and Correne Morgan. He is survived by: his mother Debra Jean Slusher; his children, Jaelyn Slusher of Williamsburg, KY and Ashtin Slusher of Williamsburg, KY; and his siblings, Tarah Slusher (Teri) of Greendale, IN, Shaun Slusher (Whitney) of Loveland, OH and Kendra Mueller (Kirk) of Kailua, HI. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
