He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Cross and Anna Cross (Bushhorn); his son Ryan Cross; his siblings, Earl Cross, Dolores Benham, JoAnn Cole, Janet Cross and Joyce Meyer; and his stepfather Pete Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Cross (Voss) of Milan; his children, Donn Cross (Julie) of Pulaski, Tennessee, Dana Cross and Megan Cross of Milan; his sister-in-law Sharon Cross of Aurora; his grandchildren, Courtney Cross (Casey), Zachary Ryan Christian Cross (Amber) and Cody Cross; and his great grandchildren, Tucker Nicholas Cross and Bo Cross.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Laws-Carr-Moore Funeral Home (707 S Main St, Milan, IN 47031). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be given in honor of David to Milan First Baptist Church or Cravens Cemetery Association.
