She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Wilford Butler and Gloria Butler (Ashcraft); her husband Gregory "Greg" Foley; her children, Mark Foley (Cree) of Florida and Lyndsey Jackson (Jeff) of Florida; her siblings, Mitchell Butler (Sherry) of Queen Creek, David Turner (Arlene) of Texas, Dara Stutler (Todd) of Huntsville, Devona Bonta of Cincinnati, JoNee Cochran of Aurora and Shelly Horn (Richard) of Cincinnati; her grandchildren, Elayna, Carter, Brady, Emmett and Everett Jackson; and her niece Isabella Stutler. She was also cherished by her family, especially her children and grandchildren.
Memorials may be given in honor of Cynthia to the American Heart Association.
