He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Struckman and Virginia Struckman (Dennis); his wife Betty Struckman; and his brother Cletus Struckman. He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Foutch of Milan and Carrie Nelson (Matt) of Salem, Indiana; and his brothers, LeRoy Struckman (Joanne) of Milan and Paul Struckman of Osgood. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given in honor of Clifford to Milan First Baptist Church.
