He was predeceased by: his mother Joyce Leasure Miller Boyd. He is survived by: his father James Edward Boyd; his sister Joyce Ellen Call (Don) of Milan; his nieces, Rachel Schwipps (Tim) of Milan and Erin Boyce (Michael) of Lawrenceburg; his great-nephews, Ethan Schwipps, Cameron Boyce and Trey Boyce; his great-niece Riley Schwipps; his girlfriend Sandy Bulmer of Batesville; and his brother James Boyd (Sharon) of Indianapolis.
In keeping with his wishes, his body is being donated to the University of Cincinnati Medical School for research.
