He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorthea McKinley (Ochs) and Guy H. Ashcraft; and his brothers, Edwin Short and Guy Ashcraft. He is survived by: his sons, Brian M. Ashcraft of Milan, IN and Christopher L. Ashcraft; his brothers, Norman Ashcraft of San Antonio, TX and Steve Ashcraft of Aurora, IN; and his grandchildren, Cody Ashcraft, Shelby Ashcraft, Sophie Ashcraft and Ty Ashcraft.
