She is survived by: her children, William Mulroy of Milan, Patricia Holman (David) of Osgood, Catherine Pratt (Paul) of Delaware, Kevin Mulroy of Milan, Michael Mulroy (Mary) of Milan and Christopher Mulroy of Osgood; her siblings, Joe Wandstrat (Linda) of Ohio, Rich Wandstrat (Darlene) of Ohio, Marilyn Case of Ohio, Bets Brady (Jim) of Ohio and Ruth Fox of Ohio; and her sisters-in-law, Lois Wandstrat of Ohio and Marcella Wandstrat of Florida. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be given in honor of Carolyn to Margaret Mary Hospice or St. Charles Catholic Church.
