He is survived by: his children, Chris Johnson of Terre Haute, IN and Amanda Simmons (Spank) of Linton, IN; his sisters, Glenda Bruce (Jim) of Pittsboro, IN and Susan Herndon (Doc) of Jasonville, IN; and his stepson Greg Kennett (Ashley) of Jasonville, IN. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
