Thomas R. Hoffman Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas R. Hoffman of Middletown, Indiana, who passed away on June 15, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Hoffman and Mary Hoffman (Fuller); his wife Patricia Hoffman; and his sisters, Carol Sue Smith, Mary Jean Matthews, Jane Ann Hoffman, Ada Hoffman, Patricia Hoffman and Harriet Lapham.
He is survived by: his children, Jay Hoffman (Kathy), Todd Hoffman (Terri) and Cristy Mathews (Kenny); his siblings, Kenneth Hoffman (Brenda), Emmajo Gray, Bonnie Haney and Debra Townsend; and his stepson John Owen (Kimberly). He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
