He is survived by: his daughters, Brittanie Middleton and Eliann Mannes (Bjarne); his pet Hidie; his siblings, Donna Turner (Mike) and Maynard Middleton; his mother Phyllis Middleton; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Ann Owens and Paul Marshall (Sheli). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
