Southgate of Middletown, Indiana, born in Las Vegas, Nevada, who passed away on July 2, 2020, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father David Wayne Moore; her sister Christina Nicole Moore-Pike; her grandparents, Thomas and Bonnie Louderback; and her uncles, Thomas Louderback, Jr., Ronald Tate, Jerry Massie and Delmar Louderback.
She is survived by: her mother Marilyn Kay Hawkins (Louderback); her pet Mia; her sons, Michael Wayne Southgate and Bryce Edward Southgate; her brother David Dustin Moore; her aunts, Connie Arnett-Martin, Barbara Daunte, Brenda Tate, Helen Massiee and Shirley Louderback; her niece Mariah Moore; and her nephew Milo Moore.
