She is survived by: her husband Jack Neal; her children, Lori Kampfer (Martin) of Leawood, Jami Hamel (Jason) of Pendleton, Denell Gedek (Ryan) of Middletown, Lisa Donndelinger (Robert) of Ft. Walton, Florida, Tim Neal of Anderson, Scott Neal (Pam) of Alexandria and Ryan Draper (Whitney) of Springport; her grandchildren, Jason Neal, Samantha Neal, Ashley Kampher, Wesley Castor, Kaleb Castor, Savannah Hamel, Cody Sewell, Emma Draper, Cole Draper, Cody Hamel, Zackery Gedek, Drew McConnell, Dustin McConnell, Darin McConnell and Kirsten Donndelinger; and her siblings, Bobbye Allman, Johnnye Hendrix, Nikki Copeland, Robert Gethers, Mike Copeland and Jim Johnson. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
