He is survived by: his wife Aida Smalley; his son Jeffrey Smalley; his stepchildren, Cathy Baker (Tony), Bill Bausman and David Minnick; and his grandchildren, Brittani, Jessica, McKenzie, Jordan, Jared, Kaylynn, Kirsten, Tonia, Heather, Cassie and Tori. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
