He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick O. Fisher and Alberta Kramer; his grandson Jesse Stone; and his sister Pamela "Pam" Lister. He is survived by: his wife Nila Elaine Fisher (Heagy) of Middletown; his children, Todd Fisher (Barbara "BJ") of Anderson and Latisha Fisher (Lisa Wood) of Anderson; his stepson Derek Heagy (Marie) of Anderson; his sister Char Frazier (Ed) of Indianapolis; and his grandchildren, Eric Featherson, Lindsey Featherson, Bailey Featherson, Jason Martindale (Rachel), Jeffrey Watts (Andria) and Jasmine Watts. He is also survived by great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Madison County Humane Society or the Animal Protection League.
